Increase trial awareness through various tactics:

  • Created a digital ad campaign to drive website traffic
  • Deployed national patient database outreach
  •  Elligo enrollment specialists assisted three sites in contacting potential patients from their internal patient databases

Reduced Screen Failure:

  •  Launched a study specific website for all generated leads with a prescreening form
  • Established enrollment center services to reduce screen failures at the sites

Results:

  • 55% increase in randomizations
  • 100% increase in screening activity.
  • Elligo enrolled 135 patients. Study enrollment goal was met on time and within budget without adding any new sites.
