- Sponsor came to Elligo with a limited budget allocation for recruitment in a highly competitive indication (Alzheimer’s Disease). Elligo had to use the budget effectively to develop a unique and creative strategy to engage the appropriate patients and caregivers while standing out amongst crowd of active trials.

- Tailored recruitment strategy for a national Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) study.

Bespoke recruitment plan that included:
- Online advertising
- Prescreener (web and mobile) to help compare prescription drug prices at different pharmacies
- Dedicated social media study page with weekly postings to help drive awareness
- Print and digital collateral
- Translated collateral for OUS countries
- User-friendly, patient-facing website
Streamlined enrollment for sites with:
- Enrollment center services to prescreen leads and ensure only qualified leads were transferred to sites.
- Site recruitment support to reduce burden for sites
Results:
In a 4-month campaign Elligo contributed:
- 458 leads generated
- 17% of qualified referrals randomized
